Tuesday's Champions League predictions including Man United vs. Bayern Munich

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Champions League fixtures, including Manchester United vs. Bayern Munich.

Lens vs. Sevilla (Tuesday, 5.45pm)

Engaging in a straight shootout for the consolation prize of Europa League football, Lens and Sevilla lock horns at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in their final Champions League Group B encounter on Tuesday.

The hosts hold a three-point advantage over the winless Europa League holders and simply need to avoid defeat to deny Los Palanganas another shot at redemption in the continent's secondary tournament.

We say: Lens 1-0 Sevilla

Bereft of reinforcements in all areas of the field and struggling for inspiration domestically, Sevilla ought to travel to France in hope more than expectation, especially with Lens always a force to be reckoned with in front of their expectant crowd.

Haise's men have not always dazzled and delighted on the attacking front in recent weeks, but they should find their way through a depleted Sevilla backline at least once to ensure Europa League qualification.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

PSV vs. Arsenal (Tuesday, 5.45pm)

A Champions League dead-rubber will take place at the Philips Stadion on Tuesday evening, as PSV Eindhoven and Arsenal close out successful Group B campaigns.

Both sides have already entered the pot for the last-16 draw, the hosts as runners-up and Arsenal as group winners, but the Gunners in particular have an incentive to right some recent wrongs in the Netherlands.

We say: PSV Eindhoven 1-1 Arsenal

While Arteta will naturally demand a response from his crestfallen players on Tuesday, neither the Spaniard nor Gooners should be losing sleep over the result of this inconsequential tie, where PSV should make amends for their 4-0 Emirates embarrassment.

Attacking absences could harm the hosts' chances of a second home win over the Gunners in the space of two seasons, though, and with both sides potentially electing to save their energy ahead of crucial domestic contests, a low-key draw is not beyond the realm of possibility.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Bayern (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

With only 90 minutes left to maintain their Champions League credentials, Manchester United host an already-qualified Bayern Munich at Old Trafford in their final Group A clash on Tuesday.

Both sides were humiliated domestically over the weekend, as the Red Devils were beaten 3-0 at home to Bournemouth in the Premier League, while Thomas Tuchel's side suffered a shock 5-1 thrashing away to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.

We say: Manchester United 1-3 Bayern Munich

After Bournemouth rained on Man United's parade at a rainy Old Trafford, the stage is ostensibly set for Bayern to prolong the Red Devils' pain on home soil, as Ten Hag's backline continue to ship goals at an alarming rate - especially in Europe.

The Bavarians' defence should not emerge unscathed either as Man United go all out for a potentially pivotal three points, but only one team should make amends for their humiliating defeat at the weekend, as the hosts' continental adventure comes to a premature end.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Copenhagen vs. Galatasaray (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Danish giants Copenhagen and Turkish titans Galatasaray head into Tuesday's closing Champions League Group A tie knowing that victory would be enough to send them through to the knockout stages of the competition.

Both teams have amassed five points from their opening five games so far, and while the hosts are currently ahead on goal difference, Galatasaray's fate is also in their own hands.

We say: Copenhagen 2-3 Galatasaray

The footballing gods should bless the Parken Stadium turf with goals on Tuesday evening, as only a win will do for both sides if they are to make 100% certain of a knockout appearance, and attacking proficiency is where Galatasaray's strengths lie.

Copenhagen have shown enough promise in the final third to suggest that a couple of goals could also come their way, but we simply cannot look past the offensive firepower at Buruk's disposal and are tipping Galatasaray to nab the second and final qualification spot in Group A.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Napoli vs. Braga (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Napoli will be looking to secure their spot in the last-16 stage of the Champions League when they welcome Portuguese outfit Braga to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Tuesday night.

The Italian champions are second in Group C, three points ahead of third-placed Braga, and the hosts would qualify for the next round of the competition with a win, a draw, or a one-goal defeat.

We say: Napoli 2-2 Braga

Napoli are a difficult team to back at the moment, even on home soil. It would be a shock to see Braga secure the result that they need in order to finish second, but we are expecting the visitors to claim a point, which would guarantee their spot in the Europa League knockout round playoffs.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Union Berlin vs. Real Madrid (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Real Madrid will be bidding to make it a perfect Champions League group-stage campaign when they head to Germany to tackle Bundesliga side Union Berlin on Tuesday night.

Los Blancos have already topped Group C, while Union Berlin are bottom of the section, and the hosts must beat Carlo Ancelotti's side and hope that Braga lose to Napoli in order to claim third, which would see them secure a spot in the Europa League knockout round playoffs.

We say: Union Berlin 1-2 Real Madrid

Union Berlin's last two results would have given them a lot of confidence, and they will fancy their chances of picking up a positive result on Tuesday. Real Madrid will be far from at full strength, but we are still expecting Ancelotti's side to claim all three points to make it six wins from six in the section.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Inter Milan vs. Real Sociedad (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

In a straight fight for top spot in Group D of the Champions League, Inter Milan and Real Sociedad meet at San Siro on Tuesday evening.

The two teams - who drew 1-1 in September's reverse fixture - have cruised through to the last 16 without losing, and both will be intent on finishing their group campaign with a flourish.

We say: Inter Milan 2-1 Real Sociedad

Without a great deal at stake, both sides may rest some weary legs for the challenges ahead, but it should still be an engaging tussle between the undisputed top two in Group D. Inter have only slipped up once at San Siro this season and boast impressive squad depth, so it is the Nerazzurri that will celebrate claiming first place.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Salzburg vs. Benfica (Tuesday, 8.00pm)

Requiring a three-goal win to avoid elimination from Europe, Benfica conclude their Champions League Group D campaign on Tuesday, when they visit Red Bull Salzburg.

Both teams are out of the running for a place in the last 16 of UEFA's top club competition, but Salzburg are in the driving seat as far as securing a Europa League playoff is concerned.

We say: Red Bull Salzburg 2-1 Benfica

Benfica have recently faltered in the Primeira Liga, and they do not tend to travel well in Europe. If Salzburg can secure an early lead, that could be enough to break the spirit of a side requiring an unlikely big win to leapfrog their hosts and snatch a Europa League place.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
