Former Manchester United captain Roy Keane has said that Marcus Rashford "played like a child" during Tuesday's 4-0 defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
The England international was handed a rare start for the Red Devils at Anfield but struggled to make his mark during the 90 minutes of action.
Rashford has only scored four Premier League goals during a disappointing campaign, and Keane has criticised the forward for his display against Jurgen Klopp's side.
"Rashford played like a child up front. Okay he wasn't getting service but the one or two bits he got in the first half, when you think 'you're in on goal', a poor touch," Keane told Sky Sports News.
The 24-year-old's existing deal at Man United is due to expire next summer, and although the club have the option to activate an additional 12 months, there has been a host of speculation surrounding his future.
The attacker's lack of starts this season have allegedly led to him considering his future at Old Trafford, although any decision is unlikely to be made until the new manager - expected to be Ajax's Erik ten Hag - arrives and assesses the squad.
