Manchester United have announced that interim chief executive Patrick Stewart and chief financial officer Cliff Baty are both set to leave the club.
Stewart and Baty both represented Man United at Monday's Premier League meeting to vote on changes to the top-flight's financial rules.
However, 24 hours later, the club confirmed that the pair will leave their respective roles at the end of the season.
INEOS chief executive Jean-Claude Blanc will replace Stewart until Omar Berrada arrives from Manchester City to become the club's new permanent CEO.
Meanwhile, ex-INEOS chief financial officer Roger Bell will succeed Baty and take on the CFO position at Old Trafford.

Ratcliffe thanks Stewart, Baty for their work
Joel Glazer told the club's website: "I would like to thank Patrick and Cliff for their dedicated service to Manchester United and wish them well for the future.
"Both have been a source of invaluable advice and expertise over many years, and Patrick has served an important role as interim CEO during this transitional phase."
Stewart will end his 18-year association with Man United, while Baty is set to vacate the CFO position after spending eight years in the role.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe said: "I would like to personally thank both Patrick and Cliff for their support in helping us get to know the club and making us feel welcome, and I respect their decisions to now move on as we establish a new management team for the club."

Ratcliffe continues overhaul at Old Trafford
Stewart and Baty are now set to follow John Murtough out of the door after the 53-year-old stepped down from his role as football director earlier this month.
Ratcliffe is leading an overhaul of Man United's hierarchy after his INEOS group purchased a minority stake in the club.
The Red Devils recently appointed Jason Wilcox as the club's new technical director, while they are also keen to recruit Dan Ashworth as the sporting director.
Ashworth has been placed on gardening leave by Newcastle United, with Man United yet to agree a compensation package with the Magpies.
Meanwhile, on the pitch, Man United will continue their quest to secure European qualification when they face Crystal Palace in Monday's Premier League meeting at Selhurst Park.
