Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly started discussions with Zinedine Zidane over the managerial position with the French giants.
Mauricio Pochettino is expected to remain at the club for the remainder of the season, with Manchester United said to be on the verge of appointing Ralf Rangnick as their interim manager.
However, the Red Devils are likely to target Pochettino next summer, and the Argentine is seemingly prepared to force a move to Old Trafford.
According to Le Parisien, PSG are in negotiations with Zidane over the managerial role, which is expected to become available at the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
Zidane has been without a position since leaving Real Madrid earlier this year and various reports have claimed that he is waiting to replace Didier Deschamps with France.
However, the 49-year-old is believed to be open to returning to club football to manage PSG, who are seemingly putting a plan in place for Pochettino's expected move to the 20-time English champions.
