Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that Amad Diallo could be set to make his debut for Manchester United against Everton this weekend.
The 18-year-old, who was signed for £37m in January, has recently caught the eye on his first appearance with the club's Under-23s side.
The Red Devils are not short of attacking options after thrashing Southampton 9-0 in midweek, however the Norwegian is considering making the Ivorian a part of the matchday squad on Saturday.
"We will make a decision on Amad in the week [on] what he does at the weekend – if he's in our squad," Solskjaer told the Daily Mirror.
"It depends on many factors, if we have injuries or COVID. You never know, but he might be playing on Friday [for the U23s] but yeah. I will make a decision on Thursday."
Diallo, who joined United from Atalanta, made 27 appearances in all competitions for the Italian side last season, scoring eight goals and providing 11 assists.
