Former England international Chris Waddle has said that Manchester City could copy the approach of Arsenal for their match against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Gunners claimed a 3-0 win over Louis van Gaal's side earlier this month, inflicting just a second defeat of the season on United.
The ex Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur winger told the Daily Star: "It'll be interesting. Man City like to press teams quite early and I think they will have taken note of the Arsenal game and maybe they'll do a similar thing out of the blocks.
"Has Van Gaal learnt? Will he play a bit tighter with more urgency from the off? I definitely think both teams should score. If they're both playing to their potential on the day, I think City will win.
"But you never know with Man Utd, everybody's doubted them this season but they still get results. You've got to take your hat off to them because a lot of people keep thinking they're not good enough to win it but they're still up there, knocking on the door."
Arsenal are at the top of the Premier League table, but could be replaced by either of the Manchester teams this afternoon.
