Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is in no danger of losing his job at Manchester United, according to a report.
The Red Devils have made a largely positive start to the 2021-22 season but have only taken one point from two home clashes with Aston Villa and Everton in recent weeks.
United also lost to Young Boys in the Champions League before scraping past Villarreal in matchweek two, and Solskjaer's future at the club has been called into question once again.
However, The Sun claims that United have no plans to give Solskjaer the boot, as the powers-that-be are satisfied that he is taking the club in the right direction.
Solskjaer recently came under fire for his decision to bench Cristiano Ronaldo in last weekend's home draw with Everton, but the report adds that the Red Devils retain faith in the long-term project with the Norwegian at the helm.
Solskjaer has won 76 of his 142 games in charge of Man United, and his side occupy fourth spot in the table after seven games in the 2021-22 Premier League season.
