Arsenal reportedly want to sign both Mykhaylo Mudryk and Joao Felix this month to tighten their grip on the Premier League trophy.

Arsenal reportedly want to sign both Mykhaylo Mudryk and Joao Felix in the January transfer market.

The Gunners sit five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League, but Gabriel Jesus's three-month absence has forced them into the market for attacking reinforcements.

The Telegraph reports that Mikel Arteta is keen to add both players to his squad as he attempts to maintain the club's push for the Premier League title.

A deal for Mudryk is set to be complicated, with interest from London rivals Chelsea forcing the club into a bidding war, which according to reports, they do not want to be involved in.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid are seeking a total of £18m to sanction a loan deal for Felix, a price that the Gunners and Manchester United are unwilling to pay.

The double push is a sign of the club's intention to go and secure the league title for the first time since the 2003-04 'invincible' season.
