Bayer Leverkusen CEO Fernando Carro has insisted that Patrik Schick will not be leaving the German club during this summer's transfer window.
The 26-year-old has been in brilliant form for Leverkusen during the 2021-22 campaign, scoring 20 times and registering three assists in 24 appearances in all competitions.
Schick still has more than three years left to run on his contract in Germany, but there has been a host of speculation surrounding his future in recent months.
Barcelona, Manchester United and Arsenal are among the clubs to be linked with the Czech Republic international, who has scored 20 goals in 20 Bundesliga appearances this term.
However, Carro has said that the centre-forward will not be leaving BayArena "for the next few years".
"No, we're not going to sell Patrik Schick, so there is no need to talk at all. He feels very comfortable with us. We count on him in planning for the next few years," Carro told Sky Deutschland.
Schick has scored 33 goals and registered five assists in 60 appearances for Leverkusen since making the move from Roma in 2020.
