Agent suggests Kevin de Bruyne could leave Wolfsburg in future

Kevin de Bruyne's agent says that his client is happy at Wolfsburg, but hints that a move could eventually happen amid reported interest from Man United and Man City.

Kevin de Bruyne's agent has insisted that the former Chelsea midfielder is committed to Wolfsburg for the time being, but could make a big-money move at the end of the season.

The 23-year-old was sold to Wolfsburg 12 months ago for a reported £18m fee after gaining just nine appearances for Chelsea across two years.

Manchester City and Manchester United have been linked to the midfielder, but the player's agent Patrick de Koster has ruled out a January move for his client.

"After a difficult time at Chelsea he just wanted to be playing regularly," De Koster told The Guardian. "Now that is happening and Kevin is totally focused on helping Wolfsburg to qualify for the Champions League.

"But after that, who knows? England and Spain are both interesting championships or he could decide that another season in Germany is for the best. But it could be difficult because Wolfsburg paid a lot of money to sign Kevin and there are only a few clubs who could afford the price they will want."

De Bruyne has found the back of the net six times in 22 appearances for Wolfsburg.
