Manchester United have reportedly moved a step closer to completing the signing of Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
Over the past week, United have been heavily linked with the Portugal international, whom they failed to bring in during the summer window.
However, with negotiations having allegedly been held with Sporting in recent days, it appears increasingly likely that a transfer will get over the line.
While the two parties are yet to agree on a price, The Telegraph claims that United have been able to agree personal terms with the 25-year-old.
Nevertheless, regardless of that development, the playmaker is unlikely to complete a switch to Old Trafford until the end of the week.
