Angelo Henrique admits that he is delighted to have become a Manchester United player.

Manchester United's latest signing Angelo Henrique has expressed his happiness at joining the Premier League side.

The Red Devils have yet to officially confirm the deal, although the teenager is believed to have completed a medical and agreed personal terms.

It is also not known whether manager Sir Alex Ferguson will keep him at Old Trafford or loan him out to gain some experience.

Discussing the possibility of a loan move, the 18-year-old Chilean has revealed that he would like to return to his former club.

"I am super happy to get to Manchester United. I'm fulfilling a dream," he said. "I am going where I wanted. You look on television and see the outstanding players, scoring spectacular goals. I cannot waste this opportunity. It is not clear what will happen with my future.

"I want to play in the first team of Manchester United. That's my first thought.

"If they decide to send me on loan, I would prefer to continue at Universidad, although I will do whatever United deem appropriate."

United are believed to have parted with £4m to sign the striker.
