Lemar to remain at Monaco until summer?
Thomas Lemar reportedly decides to remain at Monaco until the end of the season, despite strong interest from clubs in the Premier League.

Thomas Lemar has reportedly decided to wait until the end of the season before leaving Monaco.

Since the closing weeks of the summer window, Lemar has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League with Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.

However, Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev has previously insisted that no discussions over the winger's exit had taken place, and it appears that will remain the case until the summer.

According to the Gambling Times, Lemar does not intend on making the switch to England midway through the season as he wants to guarantee first-team football at his current club.

The 22-year-old is looking to secure his spot in France's squad for next summer's World Cup, and the attacker allegedly does not want to risk spending the second half of the campaign on the bench.

Lemar has made a total of 15 starts in Ligue 1 and the Champions League this season.
