Manchester United still believe that they are at the head of the queue for Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho, according to a report.

Manchester United reportedly believe that they are in pole position to land Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho despite the recent speculation surrounding the England international.

The 19-year-old is enjoying another impressive season for BVB, contributing 10 goals and 11 assists in 21 appearances during the 2019-20 campaign.

Both Liverpool and Chelsea are allegedly confident that they are in a strong position to land the former Manchester City youngster either in January or in next summer's transfer window.

However, according to The Mirror, United feel that they are in fact at the head of the queue for a player who has seen his relationship with Dortmund take a downward turn in recent weeks.

Chelsea, having had their FIFA-imposed transfer suspension lifted, are believed to be prepared to pay as much as £100m to sign the Englishman in January.

Sancho, who has scored twice in 11 appearances at international level, has a contract at Signal Iduna Park until the end of the 2021-22 season.
