Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will reportedly not be allowed to depart Old Trafford on the cheap in the summer transfer window.
The France international is expected to seek pastures new after his agent Mino Raiola claimed that Pogba's time at Old Trafford is over, with a summer move more likely than a January exit.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted that Pogba could be persuaded to stay if United can challenge for silverware, but with the 27-year-old struggling for starts this season, a transfer in 2021 seems the most likely option.
Juventus were reportedly prepared to offer one of Aaron Ramsey or Adrien Rabiot to the Red Devils for their former player, but journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that United are not willing to accept such a proposal.
Romano adds that United will only accept a significant sum of money or a swap deal with a world-class player for Pogba, with Real Madrid also regarded as one of the favourites for the 27-year-old's signature.
Pogba has only started seven of Man United's 14 Premier League games this term, and his contract at Old Trafford has 18 months left to run.
