Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur reportedly all reject the chance to sign Juventus forward Paulo Dybala on a free transfer.

Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have all reportedly rejected the chance to sign Juventus forward Paulo Dybala.

The Argentina international is departing the Turin-based club this summer, ending a hugely-successful seven-year spell at the Serie A giants.

Naturally, the 28-year-old is not short of admirers, and the playmaker is expected to land a move to a big club over the coming weeks.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Dybala will not be rocking up at either United, Arsenal or Spurs in time for 2022-23.

The report claims that the Premier League trio have all been put off by the forward demanding in the region of £280,000 per week.

Despite the lack of transfer fee involved, such a financial outlay for a player who did not necessarily enjoy one of his best campaigns this season is being deemed too big of a risk to take with other options on the market.

Although Dybala still contributed 13 goals and six assists from 34 appearances in Serie A and the Champions League, his performances were not enough to convince Juventus to extend his stay at the club.

The alleged rejection from United, Arsenal and Spurs comes at a time when all three clubs are in the market for high-profile additions in the final third.

In the case of United, they want a fresher look in that area of the pitch with only Cristiano Ronaldo producing the kind of figures which are expected at a team of that size.

Arsenal require a replacement for Alexandre Lacazette, who is leaving the Emirates Stadium on a free transfer, and potentially Nicolas Pepe if the Ivory Coast international attracts sufficient interest.

Spurs have long been linked with Dybala, and a transfer to Antonio Conte's theoretically makes sense for all parties with competition required for Harry Kane and in wide positions.

However, if Dybala was to move to Spurs, he would be earning significantly more than Harry Kane, something which would threaten to upset matters behind the scenes.

As it stands, Inter Milan are regarded as the favourites to eventually get a deal over the line, although that may depend on how they manage their other transfer plans.

Signing Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea seemingly remains their priority right now, and further exits may have to happen to facilitate the arrivals of both the Belgian and Dybala.

Roma are allegedly waiting in the wings if Dybala does not sign a deal with their Italian rivals.
