Manchester United are reportedly in contract talks with central defender Eric Bailly.
The 26-year-old has again struggled with a number of fitness problems during the 2020-21 campaign, making just 13 appearances in all competitions, including seven in the Premier League.
Bailly played four straight league matches between December 26 and January 12 but has only featured once in England's top flight since, with Victor Lindelof largely being preferred alongside Harry Maguire.
Man United are expected to move for another centre-back during this summer's transfer window, but according to The Sun, the club are in discussions with the Ivory Coast international over a new long-term deal.
Bailly's existing contract at Old Trafford is due to expire in the middle of 2022, and the report claims that the former Espanyol youngster could be sold if he has not signed fresh terms before the summer.
The defender played the full 90 minutes of Man United's 0-0 draw with Real Sociedad in the second leg of their last-32 Europa League contest on Thursday night.
