Patrice Evra could reportedly return to the Premier League in January as the Frenchman enters the latter stages of his contract at Juventus.
The French international played in England from 2006 until 2014, making almost 400 appearances in all competitions for Manchester United, before leaving for Juventus, where he won the Italian title in his first season.
The 34-year-old's current deal in Turin expires next summer, however, and it is understood that there is unlikely to be fresh talks about an extension.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve could cut ties with the left-back in January and a host of Premier League clubs are said to be in the running.
Evra's former club Man United are expected to move for a new left-back in the winter window following injuries to both Luke Shaw and Marcos Rojo, which has seen 18-year-old Cameron Borthwick-Jackson thrust into the first-team picture.
