Southampton and Manchester United will reportedly resume talks today regarding the transfer of left-back Luke Shaw.
The 18-year-old, who will travel to Brazil as part of England's World Cup squad next month, is said to have been the subject of a £27m bid from United.
While recent reports have claimed that the teen is keeping his options open until after the World Cup, it is believed that United are still in the market for the player.
According to BBC Radio Solent, United will resume talks with Southampton, who rejected the Red Devils' initial bid for Shaw.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are reportedly closing in on a £4m move for Saints striker Rickie Lambert.
The forward's teammate Adam Lallana has also been heavily linked with a switch to Merseyside.
