Everton striker Romelu Lukaku on Manchester United's January wishlist?

Manchester United will reportedly move for Everton striker Romelu Lukaku in the January transfer window.

Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing Everton striker Romelu Lukaku when the transfer window reopens in January.

The Belgium international has been linked with a move to Old Trafford before, but it seems as though the Red Devils are ready to make their move.

According to ItaSportPress, Lukaku is a transfer option for United manager Louis van Gaal as he is on an impressive goalscoring run having netted 12 in the Premier League so far.

United have struggled for firepower up front, with Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial having scored a combined five goals in the league.

It is also believed that United are keen on Lukaku's club teammate John Stones, who is also expected to be the subject of a fresh bid from Chelsea in January.
