Ole Gunnar Solskjaer still hoping for Wilfried Zaha loan

Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says that he is still hopeful of signing Wilfried Zaha on loan from Manchester United before Friday's deadline.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed that he is still hoping to sign Wilfried Zaha on loan before the transfer deadline later this week.

The Norwegian's Cardiff City side were beaten 2-0 by Bony's Manchester United teammates in the Premier League earlier this evening.

The manager told Sky Sports News: "Hopefully we will get Wilf on loan signed from this place, then we're looking good.

"He's got that urgency in the last third, pace, power, he will bring that along with Kenwyne (Jones, who joined the Welsh side earlier today) in the final third. They are players who will add something to what we've already got, because we have got some great players here. I'm really looking forward to the next game."

Zaha has made just two appearances in the Premier League for United this season.
