Chelsea have completed the signing of Eden Hazard's younger brother Thorgan.
The 19-year-old has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge over the past few days following claims that Chelsea scouts had been to watch him in action.
Although nothing has been confirmed by the player himself, the Blues have confirmed on Chelsea TV that they have reached an agreement with RC Lens for the Belgian youth international.
Chelsea completed the signing of Eden Hazard from French club Lille earlier this summer.
