Manchester United want to sign another striker in addition to Mario Mandzukic in the upcoming transfer window, according to a report.

Manchester United reportedly want to sign another striker in addition to Mario Mandzukic in the upcoming transfer window.

The Red Devils have been targeting a new forward to lead the line after failing to replace Romelu Lukaku in the summer when he left for Inter Milan.

It is believed in some quarters that United have already negotiated terms with Juventus for Croatian forward Mandzukic, with the Italian side confirming that he will leave in January.

However, The Express now reports that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are looking to add two strikers in January as they seek to improve on their worst ever start to a Premier League campaign.

Those thought to be on United's radar are Lyon's former Celtic frontman Moussa Dembele, Borussia Dortmund and England winger Jadon Sancho and RB Leipzig's prolific Timo Werner.
