Newcastle United have reportedly completed the signing of midfielder Jack Colback from Sunderland on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old was thought to have held advanced talks with the Magpies last week.
Colback, who is understood to have also attracted interest from Aston Villa and West Ham United, has now signed a deal at St James' Park, according to Sky Sports News.
The former England Under-20 international joined Sunderland in 2008 following a spell in the club's youth academy.
