Northampton Town manager Aidy Boothroyd has called on his players to 'step up' after suffering their sixth defeat in seven games.
The Cobblers are still without a win since August 10 following today's 3-0 loss at Mansfield Town.
"We didn't get the little breaks today that when you are struggling you need to work doubly hard for," Boothroyd told Northampton's official website. "We will be in at 7am on Sunday morning and it's about the players stepping up now and taking the initiative.
"I'm happy with the players I've got and what we need now is good old fashioned hard work to turn this around.
"I firmly believe that you do make your own luck over a period of time, but you earn that luck by redoubling your efforts."
Northampton currently sit 23rd in the League Two table.
