Bolton Wanderers are reportedly close to securing the services of Norwich City full-back Marc Tierney.
The Trotters are believed to be in the market for a left-back to replace Marcos Alonso, who has been tipped to join Italian outfit Fiorentina when his contract expires in July.
That has prompted manager Dougie Freedman to move for Tierney, who like Alonso, will be out of contract later this summer, according to the Bolton News.
The report went on to claim that terms have been agreed and the 27-year-old will become Freedman's first senior addition of the pre-season break.
Tierney joined the Canaries from Colchester United in 2011.
