Sergio Ramos's wait for his Paris Saint-Germain debut goes on after the club confirmed that he would play no part in Sunday's Le Classique with Marseille.
The ex-Real Madrid man has been sidelined with a calf problem since joining Mauricio Pochettino's side as a free agent in the summer and is yet to make his first appearance for Les Parisiens.
Ramos is edging closer to a comeback, but PSG's latest medical update confirmed that the 35-year-old is still training individually and will do so "for another couple of days".
The hope now is that Ramos will fit to play some part in PSG's clash with champions Lille next Friday, or failing that the Champions League battle with RB Leipzig on November 3.
Les Parisiens will also be without Leandro Paredes for the derby, while third-choice goalkeeper Sergio Rico is also sidelined after spraining a thumb in training.
However, Neymar will be fit for the encounter after shaking off a groin concern, while Mauro Icardi is also set to be involved despite off-the-field issues.
