Carlo Ancelotti says that his Paris Saint-Germain players are focused on their clash with Sochaux and are not getting distracted by the media attention on David Beckham.

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has warned his players against getting distracted by the presence of David Beckham.

The Italian says that the media attention on the English midfielder should not be detrimental to the team.

"It is normal that David Beckham monopolises the attention of the media, but the talk at the training centre is different," he told reporters.

"We are focused on preparing for the next match against Sochaux [on Sunday]. It will be a complicated match.

"We want to continue to string good performances together in the league and in all competitions."

PSG will head into Sunday's game five points clear at the top of Ligue 1.
