The bust-up between Neymar and Edinson Cavani reportedly spilled into the dressing room following Paris Saint-Germain's Ligue 1 match against Lyon on Sunday.
The pair clashed twice on the pitch during the 2-0 victory due to disagreements over set-piece responsibilities.
In the second half, the duo appeared to argue about who would take a penalty, and eventually Cavani struck from the spot but missed the target.
Later on in the match, Dani Alves, who signed for the French champions in the summer, got involved by taking the ball from the Uruguayan and handing it to Neymar for a free kick.
According to L'Equipe, the tensions between the two did not dissipate in the dressing room as several teammates had to keep the pair apart.
Neymar, who was part of a prolific attack alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez at Barcelona, became the most expensive footballer in the world when he joined PSG for close to £200m in the summer.
