Paris Saint-Germain 'pull out of talks to sign Real Madrid's Angel di Maria'

Paris Saint-Germain reportedly confirm that they have pulled out of talks to sign Real Madrid's Angel di Maria because he is "too expensive".

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has reportedly confirmed that the club are no longer interested in signing Real Madrid's Angel di Maria.

The Ligue 1 giants have been heavily linked with a swoop for the Argentina international, who is rumoured to be keen to leave the Bernabeu following the capture of James Rodriguez.

PSG were believed to be discussing a fee in the region of £50m for the 26-year-old, but Al-Khelaifi has claimed that the deal is off due to Di Maria being "too expensive", according to numerous reports.

Manchester United and Bayern Munich have also been linked with moves for Di Maria, who joined Madrid from Benfica in 2010.
