Queens Park Rangers striker Loic Remy has praised manager Harry Redknapp as the club battles to stay in the Premier League.
The R's currently sit 10 points from safety in the table with five games left to play this season.
Despite the team's predicament at the wrong end of the standings, Remy insists that Redknapp remains a positive influence on the players.
"He is very good, very good," Remy told QPR's official website. "I'm really happy with his training methods and management style.
"It's always different when you work under a new manager and with him I really like his way of working. He's someone who is always working hard and demands more of us.
"He always reminds us that we should give our best at all times and never give up."
QPR return to league action on Saturday when they host fellow strugglers Stoke City at Loftus Road.
