Team News: Will Keane replaces Kevin Doyle for Queens Park Rangers

Kevin Doyle is replaced by Will Keane for Queens Park Rangers ahead of their game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Tuesday.

Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has made just one change to his side for Tuesday night's Championship clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Kevin Doyle misses out for the visitors due to a knee injury and he is replaced in attack by Will Keane, who is on loan at the club from Manchester United.

Brighton head coach has been forced to make two changes to his side as Gordon Greer serves his one-match suspension and David Lopez drops to the bench.

Lewis Dunk and Will Buckley come into the team, while Matthew Upson is handed the captain's armband in Greer's absence.

Brighton: Kuszczak, Bruno, Dunk, Upson, Ward, Ince, Andrews, Forster-Caskey, Buckley, Lingard, Ulloa

QPR: Green, Onuoha, Dunne, Hill, Assou-Ekotto, Traore, Barton, Jenas, Hoilett, Morrison, Keane
