Scottish Championship roundup: Rangers continue at top with Queen of the South win

Sports Mole rounds up all of Saturday's Scottish Championship action, with Rangers continuing their 100% record with a 2-1 home victory against Queen of the South.

Scottish Championship leaders Rangers continued their 100% record this season with a 2-1 home victory against Queen of the South.

Derek Lyle put the visitors ahead before half time, but Rangers replied in the second with a Jason Holt finish 10 minutes after the break and a Martyn Waghorn winner in the final minute of play.

Raith Rovers remain in second place after a 1-0 away win against Alloa Athletic, with Grant Anderson handing the hosts their seventh loss of the season with a goal after 79 minutes.

Hibernian finished as 4-2 winners against Dumbarton as goals from Dominique Malonga, Liam Fontaine, Jason Cummings and James Keatings cancelled out a two-goal threat from Grant Gallagher and Steven Craig.

Elsewhere, Lee Miller gave Falkirk a 1-0 home victory against Greenock Morton, and Stephen Mallan handed St Mirren a 1-0 win away win against Livingston, who remain bottom.
