Schalke 04 fans travel in numbers

Schalke 04 will have 4,000 supporters inside the Bernabeu for Tuesday's Champions League last-16 second leg with Real Madrid.

German outfit Schalke 04 have sold out their ticket allocation for Tuesday's Champions League last-16 second leg with Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.

The Bundesliga side were virtually eliminated in the first leg when they lost 6-1 on their own patch, but 4,000 supporters will be in attendance for the European clash this evening.

According to Marca, the German side, who have lost just twice in all competitions in 2014, also had 3,000 supporters present for their training session on Monday evening.

Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is widely expected to rotate his squad ahead of El Clasico against Barcelona at the Bernabeu this weekend.
