Carlo Ancelotti poised for Paris Saint-Germain talks

Wantaway Paris Saint-Germain boss Carlo Ancelotti reveals that talks with the club's hierarchy are scheduled for this week as he lobbies for a move to Real Madrid.

Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that further talks with Paris Saint-Germain are scheduled for this week as he looks to force through a move to Real Madrid.

The Italian guided PSG to their first Ligue 1 title in 19 years this season, but wants to take over at Los Blancos, who are parting company with Jose Mourinho at the end of the campaign.

Madrid were denied negotiations with Ancelotti by the French outfit last week, but the former Chelsea manager is hoping that stance will change following discussions with the club's hierarchy.

When asked about his future, the 53-year-old said: "That is something between me and the club. We have to talk to find solutions."

Meanwhile, PSG star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted that his future with the club could depend on whether or not Ancelotti is in charge next season.
