Real Madrid assistant coach Aitor Karanka has claimed that controversial refereeing decisions no longer surprise the club following Sunday's win over Rayo Vallecano in La Liga.
Sergio Ramos received two yellow cards in quick succession after 18 minutes at the Santiago Bernabeu as the champions recorded a 2-0 triumph.
"It doesn't surprise us at all," Karanka told reporters. "We know what has happened before, and we are not surprised at all. It was bad for the match, which had started well for spectators."
Sunday's victory has left third-placed Madrid 16 points behind league leaders Barcelona.
