Nottingham Forest are reportedly pursuing Real Madrid defender Derik Osede, but face competition from two other sides for his signature.
According to AS, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Watford are monitoring the 22-year-old centre-back, who is out of contract this summer.
Osede has not made a senior appearance for Real but he has been a regular in their Castilla side over the past three seasons.
Forest reportedly sent scouts to watch the Spanish youth international in action last month.
Osede has made 40 appearances for Real Madrid Castilla.
