Neymar's lawyer Marcos Motta has denied suggestions that the Paris Saint-Germain forward has a release clause inserted in his contract.
Shock speculation recently emerged claiming that Real Madrid - arch rivals of Neymar's former suitors Barcelona - are weighing up a future move.
The Brazil international was said to have a mammoth £198m buyout clause, which is the amount PSG paid to sign him from the Catalan giants in the summer, but the player's lawyer has refuted these claims.
"I can guarantee that there's no release clause in Neymar's contract," he told Radio Globo. "Nor anything about objectives or ending the season as the top goalscorer."
Neymar scored four goals against Dijon on Wednesday night to take his tally in a PSG shirt to 24 in 23 outings, while also chipping in with 14 assists.
