Real Madrid have reportedly made contact with Rennes over midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.
The 17-year-old has supposedly attracted the interest of a number of top sides following an impressive Ligue 1 campaign for Rennes, in which he registered one goal and two assists from 25 league appearances.
Rennes president Nicolas Holveck recently issued a hands-off warning to Los Blancos, but Real are supposedly not deterred by Holveck's words.
Indeed, according to AS, Zinedine Zidane's side have enquired about the midfielder's situation, but the approach is nothing more than a first contact.
The report claims that any official work between the two parties will be done during the summer window, although the coronavirus pandemic is likely to have widespread implications on transfer dealings.
Camavinga's current deal at Rennes will run until the summer of 2022.
