Rotherham United have signed Darnell Fisher from Scottish champions Celtic.
The defender, who spent last season on loan at St Johnstone, has signed a three-year deal with Alan Stubbs's side to become their eighth summer recruit.
"I spoke to the manager on Sunday and now I am just glad that it is all done, and I am very happy to be part of this club," Fisher told the Rotherham website.
"I went to Scotland when I was 16 so I am happy to be coming back to England. I am now looking to kick on and show what I am about.
"[St Johnstone] was different from Celtic, but I learnt a lot from the experience. There were some good lads there, and the manager helped me out a lot. I was delighted with my loan spell there, but I am ready for the new challenge now."
Fisher could go straight into the Rotherham side to face Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday.
