Alberto Botia unconcerned by transfer talk

On-loan Sevilla defender Alberto Botia, who is currently with Elche, refuses to discuss his plans for next season.

Alberto Botia has refused to be drawn on suggestions that he could move to Greek outfit Olympiacos at the end of the season.

The Spanish centre-back is currently on a season-long loan from Sevilla to fellow La Liga side Elche, but is due to return to his parent club at the end of the season.

A number of clubs including Olympiacos have been linked with his services, but the defender's mind is on Elche for the remainder of the season.

"All I'm thinking about is Elche. I want to improve my performance, I'm focused and what goes on elsewhere doesn't affect me," he told reporters at a press conference.

The 24-year-old started his professional career with Barcelona.
