Morgan Schneiderlin to miss Arsenal trip

Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin will miss his side's trip to Arsenal on Wednesday night with an adductor injury.

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has revealed that midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin will miss the club's fixture with Arsenal.

Schneiderlin was withdrawn at half time of Southampton's 3-0 defeat to Manchester City on Sunday after suffering an adductor problem.

The French international, who has made 15 appearances this season, will undergo a scan on the injury later on Monday afternoon.

The Saints currently sit in third place in the Premier League standings.
