Southampton midfielder Victor Wanyama has been ruled out of the team's Europa League clash with FC Midtjylland due to a stomach infection.
The Kenya international has recently been linked with a move away from the Saints, with Tottenham Hotspur understood to be leading the race for the 24-year-old's signature.
