Ronaldo Koeman promised £70m transfer budget?

A report suggests that Ronaldo Koeman has been promised a transfer budget of £70m if the club sell England international duo Luke Shaw and Adam Lallana.

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman has reportedly been promised a £70m transfer budget if the club sell Luke Shaw and Adam Lallana this summer.

The England international duo have both been linked with moves away from St Mary's, and the Saints are said to be resigned to losing the pair.

However, according to a report in The Mirror, Koeman will be allowed to reinvest any fee the club receives, with Manchester United rumoured to have made a £30m bid for left-back Shaw.

It is also claimed that the 51-year-old, who was appointed to the role earlier this month, is interested in signing Feynoord's Graziano Pelle and Lex Immer.
