Southampton and Newcastle United are eyeing January moves for Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen, according to a report.

Southampton and Newcastle United are reportedly both interested in signing Hull City attacker Jarrod Bowen when the January transfer window opens for business.

The 22-year-old, who was linked with Tottenham Hotspur during the summer, scored 22 times in 46 Championship appearances during the 2018-19 campaign.

Bowen has also started the new season in impressive form - finding the back of the net on four occasions in seven outings for the Tigers in all competitions.

According to The Express, Southampton and Newcastle have both sent scouts to watch the attacker in recent weeks, and the Premier League duo are eyeing a move during the winter window.

Hull, who have struggled for results in the early stages of the season, are believed to value the former Hereford United youngster in the region of £20m.
