Tottenham Hotspur have maintained their perfect record in the Europa League with a 2-0 win against Tromso IL in Group K in Norway.
However, it was the hosts who could have taken the lead in the very first minute when Zdenek Ondrasek found himself in a good position inside the Spurs penalty area, but his shot went wide.

Spurs had a chance to open the scoring themselves after 18 minutes when Roberto Soldado and Andros Townsend set up Gylfi Sigurdsson, but the midfielder failed to find the target from 14 yards.
Andre Villas-Boas's side began to assert themselves on the match and came close on a couple of occasions before the end of the goalless first half.
Then just eight minutes after the restart Sigurdsson thought that he had broken the deadlock when he turned home from close range, but it was chalked off because of a handball offence from Soldado in the build-up.
However, Spurs did not have to wait long to go 1-0 up, as a free kick bounced off Adnan Cauevic and into the net for an own goal.
Mousa Dembele put the contest beyond Tromso 15 minutes from time when he latched on to a deflected pass from Lewis Holtby and slotted in from just yards out.
Dembele was unlucky not to add a second to his name just moments later when his shot from close range came back off the post and his subsequent rebound hit the side-netting.
