Michael Dawson eyes quick start at Fulham

Tottenham Hotspur captain Michael Dawson urges his side to start brightly when they face Fulham in the Premier League tonight.

Tottenham Hotspur captain Michael Dawson has urged his teammates to get off to a fast start when they face Fulham in the Premier League tonight.

Spurs travel to Craven Cottage on the back of Sunday's 2-2 draw at home to Manchester United.

Dawson wants his side to "get out of the blocks quickly" against the Cottagers as they look to end a winless run of four matches in the league.

"Fulham had a bad result against West Ham and will no doubt look to get a reaction, like we did against United," he told the club's official website.

"We need to start there like we did against United, get out of the blocks quickly, get in their faces and get another win on the board."

Tottenham are currently in ninth place in the Premier League table.
