Manchester City have confirmed that their Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur at the Etihad Stadium will go ahead, despite forecasts for stormy weather conditions.
Storm Eunice has prompted a red weather warning in the UK, with strong winds and heavy rain already forcing seven games in England's top five divisions – at the time of writing – to be called off.
However, City have confirmed via their Supporter Services account on Twitter that their fixture with Spurs will go ahead at 17:30pm.
City's Under-18s game at Burnley, however, has been postponed due to the weather conditions.
We can confirm that our match at home to Tottenham Hotspur at 17:30 today will be going ahead.

Please take care when travelling to the Etihad Stadium today and allow additional time for your journey.
A report from the Daily Mail claims Spurs typically fly to their matches in the north, but due to this weekend's weather conditions, they may be forced to travel by coach which could take up to five-and-a-half hours.
Man City will be looking to maintain or increase their nine-point advantage at the top of the table with a victory against Tottenham.
