Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has insisted that he is pleased with his side despite their 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League.
Olivier Giroud's first-half strike was the difference at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday as the hosts earned the three points.
"It was a competitive game, we both had chances," Villas-Boas told Sky Sports News.
"It really changed in the second half. For them to finish with four full-backs says much about our domination.
"It was great spirit from our players to approach the game in such a courageous way in the second half. To expose Arsenal in that way is a great example for us."
Spurs return to Premier League action in two weeks' time when they welcome Norwich City to White Hart Lane.
