Emmanuel Adebayor heading for Tottenham Hotspur exit?

Emmanuel Adebayor is expected to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer as the club want his £80,000-a-week wages off their bill.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor will reportedly leave the club this summer.

Spurs are looking to add to their front line and are prepared to let the Togo international leave to free up funds and wages to spend on new arrivals.

Besiktas are favourites to land the 29-year-old and they hope that they can strike up a deal with Andre-Villas-Boas's side in the region of £5m, reports The Sun.

Adebayor scored eight goals in 34 appearances for Spurs last season.
